If you had wings….
Since I was 5 years old, I had a love for aviation I can't quite explain. Maybe it had to do with me living in the flight path of LaGuardia airport, or my grandfather being a pilot in the Air Force or maybe it was the time my grandfather Poppy put a pilot's hat on my head at 3 years old. Whatever it was, there is no denying my love for flying. I knew from a very young age that not only did I love aviation, but I love anything that surrounds it. I knew I wanted to be a pilot.
For me though, life had different plans. Instead, I started working in my family business as a leading importer and distributor in specialty coffee. Today, in its third generation sixty years and counting we are still offering high quality coffee products to the foodservice industry. In all the sixty years of business, we faced our biggest challenges like so many others when the pandemic hit in 2020. NYC, our main market came to a standstill. Through it all I had to see the silver lining and it gave me the chance to reevaluate other opportunities to grow and diversify. With a wife and three children living in a high cost of living state, I wasn't about to give up.
It was in the Spring of 2022; I finally decided to pursue my dream and start taking flying lessons. I didn't want my life to flash by and have any regrets that I didn't at least try to fly. It was then that I realized I probably won't be a commercial pilot, but I want to be part of this industry in some way, shape, or form. I love the professionalism and family like atmosphere. That's when I started to do some research on the internet and stumbled upon Aviation cleaning product manufacturers. To my surprise, I was amazed how an industry so professional and so together didn't seem to have a solid network in place across the United States. That's where I come in. My goal is not only to offer the greenest and most superior products on the market, but to also offer excellent customer service. That's what I'm really good at.
